Karen, lost my eyelashes & eyebrows on my last chemo session at end. Growing back now--eyelashes coming in thick. Can't put mascara on them yet--too short. But they are thicker than before & seem to be growing back pretty fast. Brows growing back but not thick. This is just my experience.

Karen, I didn't but they thinned. You just don't know until it happens. No way to predict. Take care, Sharon

Thank you for the info! You sound like you try to have a sense of humor, which is great! When did they start to fall out and have they started to grow back yet?

LOL! I do try to have a sense of humor. My beloved grandmother always told us to have fun no matter what we were doing. I couldn't control having breast cancer but I can control me! My family and I have laughed through my entire process. Laugh...

My last chemo was Dec 31. I'm not sure when I lost my brows and lashes. They didn't gradually fall out like my hair, I just woke up one morning and they were no where to be found!! I just used an eyeshadow to draw on some brows and false eyelashes make me look marvelous!! :)
The brows are back and very unrulely. Lashes are back. They are about the same thickness but are very short and stick straight out. So I'm still rockin' the false lashes!
Good luck to you and God bless!

I started chemo in June and didn't lose them until September, but I didn't even notice the brows bc they were thinning a little at a time and then some sections am started growing back while some originals still hung on. That's when I noticed bc they came in a little darker. My lashes were gone for literally 4 weeks and then they grew back. They too thinned out a little at a time. I just used black eyeliner on my lids when the lashes were gone
