Pain in your breasts can be a symptom of breast cancer, but it is not the most common symptom and can be due to other reasons. Breasts can also be sore or tender when you're growing, before or during your menstrual cycle, or during menopause. Although it is not common, there have been reported cases of breast cancer in teenagers. It is very important that you consult a doctor if you have any concerns. Take care!

Dear Jenna I did not hurt, I didnt even know I even had breast cancer stage 3, I had been laid off for 11months and went to work and petty much found a huge lump that came out of no where. That's why I preach to get your mamagrahm to catch it Early and save those lymph nodes.

Agree with above. Pain is less common. I have treated a 18 year old woman with breast cancer.
