Your Story

On November 10th 2011 i was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma, Grade 3 (High) with a tumor size of 2cm. It brought me to my knees when i heard the words Breast Cancer, but still the crying hasn't stopped. I have had an MRI with postive results showing that the cancer is (so far) isolated to one area and has not spread to my left breast, nor in my lymph nodes. I was told that they won't stage the cancer until after the surgery. How fast does it grow? I meet my surgeon very soon so things are moving very quickly. I would just like to hear other experiences that are close to what my diagnosis is. There is so much to read and understand its very overwhelming.
