I'm 35 years old and was diagnosed with breast cancer 2 weeks ago. I have IDC, 2cm, ER+PR-Her-2. I have 3 girls to fight for (14, 12 and 6) and a supportive husband of 17yrs!!
I'm scheduled for a bilateral mastectomy on 2/20. I found my lump in 11/12 and knew immediately for some reason. I had to wait until 01/13 to get my mammogram but I've been on the ball ever since to get this fight on. Everyone thought it wasn't BC and told me not to worry bc of my age and the fact that it hurt. Wrong!! Im a rare case of someone who has pain with it. I had to push everyone for all the testing and I'm glad I did! My pain has been awful and im ready for it to be over. I'm so glad I've found this site and it's helped me so much!!
I had my bilateral mastectomy on 2/20.
Started chemo on 4/01. I'm on taxotere/Cytoxan. I'm ready to fight this no matter what I have to do!!!
