I'm 42 years old. I've lived in Virginia for about 6 years and I am engaged to a wonderful man. I was born and raised in Wisconsin but I have lived in a lot of other states. I have a 19 year old son who resides in our hometown with his girlfriend and the most lovable dog ever. I have led a pretty interesting life which has had it's share of bumps and bruisess along the way. I have been clean& sober for 3 years. I am a full time college student attaining my associates degree in medical assisting. Up until this point life has been pretty smooth over the past few years. I just found out that I have breast cancer, it's been caught early and I need surgery with radiation and possible chemotherapy. I am pretty optimistic so far. I did, however, have to take a leave of absence from my schooling for a term~ which is my final term before graduation and I am pretty bummed out about that but I know my health comes first!
