I was diagnosed with Triple Negative, Grade 3, Stage 3A IDC breast cancer on May 1st.
I recently had a bilateral mastectomy and am to start AC/T chemotherapy this coming Thursday. I will have AC treatments, every two weeks, for 4 sessions. Then I will have T treatments every week, for 12 weeks.
Following my chemo I will have to take 6 weeks of radiation.
I have a very supportive family. They have really been there for me. However, it hasn't kept me from having a lot of anxiety and fear each step of the way. I am terrified of the coming chemo. I am looking for a friend that has been in my shoes and can help me be strong and positive.
