Sherryl,
It is a step by step journey. There actually are information you get along the way that becomes uplifting. We welcome --sisters-- into our fold, even though we are extremely sorry you have had to join us. We have been where you are going and here we are ready to help you with positive stories and sharing how we coped. Not surprised if you are a bit shell-shocked right now but things do settle down. Once you get your treatment plan and have a clearer path in front of you, you will feel better. No one handles their treatment the same. We ALL have different reactions. All of our individual treatments are unique to our type of cancer, stage, grade etc. You will find kind understanding in our little corner of the world. This is a very nice place to find refuge and encouragment. Sometimes it is better to live a day at a time is much better and easier that trying to view this in one giant lump. It can bowl you over in short order. Take a big deep breatht and have one appointment at a time. It is nice if you can write about yourself on the "bio" page...(I didn't check to see if you have done that yet) . if you feel comfortable enough to do that. We all want to get to know you better. Since this had to happen to you.... we are very glad you found us. Hang in there, darlin' & take care, Sharon
Cry for awhile then pick yourself up and fight like we all are. It's hard but you'll do great and beat this , we are all winning when we don't curl up and give up .
