It depends on your ER PR her2 status and the type of breast cancer. Also your oncologist may have the specimen sent for a recurrence score. These things should be discussed with your doctor and a 2nd opinion if you choose. Triple negative will always have chemo as it is a very aggressive cancer!...

Learning About Breast Cancer
I had Tnbc , high dose chemotherapy Dble mastectomy no radiation . I was stageIIB Grade 3 with no node involvement. I'm 3 yrs out now Good Luck- and God bless! Keep the faith!!
