Ask your doc lots if questions, depend on your friends and family for love and support, and access your local breast cancer survivorship center. Know that many women have dealt with this and survived. Know that you too can survive this!!!

I will have my surgery one week after you. So fear, anxiety, I believe is a normal reaction.
I am just concentrating on living one hour to one hour or one day at a time. I am also a Christian so I pray and turn this over to God. Just had all of my lymph nodes removed. It didn't show up on the pecan - what does this mean??? Did it spread everywhere?

Yes one could have chemotherapy with a stage one diagnosis. I was stage one and had chemotherapy with no lymph node involvement due to the fact that my cancer was HER2 positive.

I was told my Lymph nodes came back negative but they did find some Isolidated tumor cells. Has anyone else experienced this? What does this mean?

If the cancer hasn't spread past the lymph nodes then the survival rate is good. I was stage 3 with lymph node involvement and I am now cancer free but going through preventative chemo, radiation,
