I just read your bio. Sorry you have to go thru this. I think if you give up on some of the anger you will be happier. Good luck acceptance

      Dear Leah,
What does this have to do with my question?

Haven't experienced it but if your radiation shoots through lungs it is more likely. The aim of mine were mostly contained in breast tissue. I had one than shot through to the back though. If you had that and the placement was more through your lung it is very likely it will take time and patience. Oh those are supposed to be good signs and good words.

No, my lungs were protected, but reading literature it is quite possible to radiation cough - I was merely wondering if someone did experience this. Thanks,

Have you notified your medical team that you have the cough ? Even though it may be expected after radiation - they would be interested in knowing that it had occurred . They may have possible suggestions to help and want to follow up . Hope you feel better soon and it resolves quickly ! Keep us posted !
