After genetic testing came back negative surgeon onc and radiologist all said partial masectomy was best. They removed ten nodes. Six were cancer. PT afterwards Chemo AC. Then taxol and herceptin one round. Had to switch to taxotare and Herceptin for three rounds. In the now. Radiation while Herceptin is on going Eventually we get to tamoxifen. I had the surgery and port placement all at once. It was great. They put in guide wires via MRI pre surgery to define clear margins. Ask for this if this is not their idea. Much better to have successful surgery than go back for more. Best
