Anyone who was hypthyroid prior to diagnosis: did chemo. affect the amount of thyroid replacement you needed ?

    No it didn't change my thyroid medicatinon.

    No. It didn't effect my Thyroid or the amount of Synthroid I take didn't change.

    Arimidex is making my thyroid levels go up ( TSH is going down). So my endocrinologist is decreasing my thyroid replacement.

    Learning About Breast Cancer
    Mine stayed the same but cholestrol went up. That was the only thing that changed. I was in the normal range but with chemo it went to 260. After I finished it went back to normal.
