I'm all done with radiation. Started the 5 year pill, and personal healing, therapy. No more docs, etc for awhile.

Oh, misunderstood the reasoning for the lotion. Good for you for being done!!!! My whole body is so dry. I have found I like 'utter cream' for my hands & I've used all kinds for my body. I apply several times a day as I am so dry.

Aquaphor was the best for me and recommended by my onc. I had second degree burns after I finished rads. Healed fast.

Aquaphor is your best bet. It's over the counter & very inexpensive. I had 36 treatments and that's all I used. Dr fave me samples and I got a small jar @ Walmart $6.

Also 100 % aloe would be great for ur skin. Don't forget to wash it all 4-6 hours b/4 u do radiation or else u will burn pretty bad. God bless.

Bag balm might be good utterly smooth worked. When nothing else helped lindiskin soothing balm was a life saver. Lindiskin you can find on the web. A lot of people use aqua phor and aloe gave me a rash

Hi Leslie, I didn't have rads, but I know all the ladies say to use Aquaphor. Just be sure it's completely off before you get zapped so you don't burn. Prayers to you.
