    Soma Tylenol lots of patience!! Unfortunately, if I knew how painful they were, I would have chose smaller permanent implants because I still have pain 1 year after the permanent implants! I have a cup C... If I knew I would have pick a cup B!!

    Ibuprofen is key! Warm showers and sometimes a heating pad on your back (towards the end of expansion i had a lot of extra back pain) NEVER your front.

    I got a prescription for muscle relaxer because of cramps around the expander. After about 8 hours and two doses it really helped.
