Hi Norma, I'm sorry I can't answer it but I would say give a call to the clinic or hospital. They should have some one you can ask Like on call doctor or nurse. I will be praying for you. Love and hugs

Got the answer for this question finally... This is also normal according to my oncologist. She said if it gets worst...I should contact her, but it hasn't. God bless. Thanks everyone.

Norma, I would ask your doctor about this...I have numbness in my chest and under my arms from my mastectomies. I am a little numb in my upper back, too. The doctor told me it is also surgery-related. Please let us know what you find out! God bless!

I don't have the answer. I have some numbness in the right side of my back, by my arm pit, from my first surgery. Call your onc to get peace of mind. Prayers to you.
