I have IDC with aux DCIS Stage 2a Grade 3 er/pr her2-. My Oncologist is talking about 4 rounds of TC vs 20 of ACT. Has anyone have any experience with either?

    I'm IDC triple negative stage 2 grade 3... Doing 6 rounds of TAC neoadjuvant (before surgery) to shrink tumor (3.5 cm) then lumpectomy (hopefully the chemo will yield a PCR- pathological complete response-leaving only dead cancer cells) t

    Oops...hit done... Then radiation. Treatment for triple negative is typically very aggressive because there is no post treatment meds to continue taking. Sorry for the long answer... But if you aren't sure what to do get a second opinion. Best of luck! Julie
