My wife was diagnosed in December 5 pos. lymph nodes, bilateral mastectomy 16 rounds of chemo and 6.5 weeks of radiation also on trial drug Avastin. She still has the radiation to do but was declared cancer free this week. Our hope is no reacurance.

I finish chemo Friday. I had 12 taxol and 4 FAC. I've breezed through but I'm deathly afraid of being turned loose to "see if it worked". But, I'm also ready to be done. Its so encouraging to see long term survivors! Thank you!

I had the same question. Thanks for asking. I was diagnosed last April 2011. I am about to complete the treatment. Will follow this post to keep all posted.

I am stage 2a, grade 3 with one lymph node involved. I will begin 18 weeks of TAC chemotherapy beginning Monday. I am glad that you asked that question, & even more grateful for the encouraging answers.
