I was told, after having an ultrasound, that I have dilated ducts under my nipple/areola area. I’ve been having some pain, and warm sensations in my breast, but no discharge. Can ductal carcinoma present in this manner, without any nipple discharge?

That sounds like something you need to be asking your doctor about and we aren't doctors on this site. I'm guessing there could be other issues causing the dilated ducts other than cancer.

Thanks. I’ve been referred to a breast surgeon.
