Yes Sarah....please schedule a Dr. Appt ASAP!! I was also having pain in my right breast and my nipple was slightly inverted. Those can be symptoms of breast cancer. Don't put off going. Sharon is right. MRIs pick up on what mammograms miss. My mammogram missed seeing my cancer. I was diagnosed with stage 3C invasive Ductal carcinoma. Please get checked & let us know how you are.

I had the same thing. My nipple started to invert and nothing was seen on a mammogram or sonogram. It was caught on an MRI. I ended up stage 3 plus the inverted nipple turned out to Paget's disease which is rare. Please go to the doctor and insist on tests.

Sarah, PLEASE GET IN TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR ASAP. This is exactly what happened to me. I ended up with breast cancer. If you have a mammogram and it looks ok, I would not stop there, I would ask for an ultrasound and maybe even an MRI. An inverted nipple can be a symptom of breast cancer and in my case that is what it turned out to be. When I complained to my doctor after my mammogram was ok, he brushed it off. I was actually diagnosed with breast cancer, more advanced than it should have been. In my case, an MRI would have diagnosed my breast cancer sooner. Please get this checked out as soon as you can.

Please need advise! I am having discomfort in my breast & the nipple is pulling inward. Went to breast care center had a mammagra, ultra sound & a biopsy done but all checked out ok! I feel brushed off by all. What am I to do? I have seen my primary care and like "uhm " but no answers! I have insisted on more tests but awaiting word! Any advise will be helpful. Worried & concerned... thank you
