Every place is different. I had 2 biopsies on 2 different areas a couple of weeks apart and my doctors had the report the next day but then the place had a pathology lab.

Thank you. I find out Monday when I should have the biopsy done. It's already been a stressful couple of days waiting for results of mammogram and ultra sound. Just ready to find out fully what the mass is that has been found.

Took about a day and a half. Just breath and know that most are fine. Good luck💗

It's been over a week I have the Jackson-Pratt drain still in me and they still haven't given me what stage my cancer is. It has already been one full week after the surgery and I'm looking forward to getting the pathology report SOON

I pray you find out something soon. I had my very first mammogram on March 7th. Had to go back and have a more extensive mammogram and ultrasound on the 15th. Got the results on the 17th and was told I have a very suspicious 9mm mass in my right breast and lots of clusters in my left breast. I should find out Monday when I have the biopsies done. Everyone says don't worry it's going to be fine. It's hard not to worry about this. I have never been so scared in my life.

If one is still producing a large seroma the drains will stay in a little while longer. I had a friend who had Lt BC but chose to do a bilat. mastectomy. Her non cancerous side kept producing seromas even after the drains were pulled and her surgeon more than once pulled fluid off. He elected to put her drains back in for a short time and she hasn't said anything more about it after they came out.
