We aren't doctors here so could only offer what we went through which your mother may or may not have. The questions need to be addressed to her doctor(s) as each patient's treatment(s) are individualized to their particular cancer's makeup.

Treatment for breast cancer is unique to the individual. Only her doctor can guide her in this. No more is the treatment just a one-size-fits-all. It depends on the specific cells of her breast cancer. This is a very complicated process and this is up to her and her doctor. So sorry, we can't advise you and we know how worried you are for your Mom. Hopefully, you are able to go with your Mom to her consultations with her doctor. You will be able to find out more information if you can go with her. Take care, Sharon
