I'm glad I come across this app. It's really nice to know that people like me with stage 4 inflammatory BC are still here past the "5" year mark. I was diagnosed in December of 2009. Ill be 30 years old this Saturday so this will be my 4th year living and knowing that I have BC. Being stage 4 and not hearing any good stories of people living past 5 years haunts me everyday. So I'm just trying to take it one day at a time.

If can be in a small isolated spot. Mine was never really red or rash like but my skin had some thickening and within a week or two my nipple was inverted and the skin under and around the areola had the orange peel look...it was a very fast onset! Felt like I has mastitis and I haven't nursed a baby in 3yrs.
